The day the earth stood still

Pictures of the newly opened (okay not so new) Westlake Garden. Imagine, i've been staying here for almost a year now and never once i visited the garden. Its actually quite nice and is located about 100 meters away from where i'm staying.

All pictures are taken with my 2.0MP phone. Pictures aren't that clear. I want a camera!

Here's two pictures of what kampar-ians meet almost everyday.

Buffaloes!
Mooo
(no pictures of their droppings though, will take one soon)

Okay, both the pictures above are totally random. haha.

Westlake gardens.
After what happened, decided to come here for a walk and think.

View of UTAR from the garden.

The 'promenade'. Usually filled with students after sunset.

A random object x)

Botak tree!

Reminds me of Kelana Jaya MBPJ park.

Playground. It's not really finished yet though.

Look at the close-up below

Haha! No wonder we have to pay such a high monthly rental rate.
Those money-suckers used it to built this thing-a-majig.

Used panaroma mode to take the picture above. It looks alot smaller in here than it actually is.
(you can see UTAR somewhere in the middle and KTAR on the right)

I should come here more often. Maybe jog and exercise a little once in awhile. They have those excersie equipments that can be normally found in parks; no pictures though. HAHA can have muscles man!

ps. you can only upload a maximum of 5 pictures in blogger at any one time. the formatting runs after pictures are uploaded! Blogger cacat >.<

Encounters

Followed classmates to the post office after lunch to pay their utility bills. Since i was there, thought i'll enquire about sending letters to the United States.

Scene in Kampar post office:

Me: Hi, I would like to enquire on the procedures when mailing a letter to US.
X: Give me your letter!
Me: No no, i didnt write it yet; since im here, would just like to ask what is the procedure like. What should i do to mail it to US.
X: First, you go write you letter! Then only come to me! Like that also need to ask one ah?
Me: =.=' (knowing I wouldnt be getting an answer for that question, i decided to change my question). Okay, then can you tell me roughly how much would it cost to send to US? What are the rates for air mail? or by sea?
X: Of course must send by air or sea lah! You think want send letter to US can take motorbike like sending letter to a Malaysian address? (gives me the look).
Me: ....... and how much would it roughly cost?
X: GO WRITE YOUR LETTER FIRST!! Then come back to me! Never write letter some more can ask how much. You're very daring aren't you? Mumbles mumbles.
Me: Thank you.
Classmates: Lan-si
X: What?!!

and we scurried off.
It's funny how Pos Malaysia has such staffs. Do they even go through interviews? I bet if they did; X would be answering anything but the interviewers questions.

ps. heading back to PJ tomorrow!

This is not suppose to happen

Lets set something straight, I'm no blogger. Never was. This (blog) was not supposed to have happened. It'll be strange writing stuff about your life and letting complete strangers read about it. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy reading other peoples blog but I guess blogging is just not my thing? I don't think i even have anything interesting to blog about! Not to mention how my parents would be laughing their lungs out reading their son's not-so-good grammar and low vocab.
(can you insert smileys into blogs?)

Okay, I know you're probably wondering how a non-blogger is now blogging (and if your not, too bad cause im gonna tell you anyway). This all started with TERI! Okay she didnt do anything but who cares? Its still her fault x) Was reading her blog and my hands got itchy. Ever wondered why a blog has to have so many links? Yeah. I went click-y happy and one thing led to another and here I am, typing this post that probably no one will read (if your reading this post, im sorry, you have just stumbled upon a messed up non-blogger who doesn't blog's blog ^^)

Boy, sure is weird typing this post; it's like typing out what your thinking! I've never done this before! WoOT! I guess there's a first for everything. Haha this must be how it feels to write a diary.

Now, I should find out how people place comment boxes on their blogs. The blog feels so empty. But then why should I care? Im not gonna blog anyway =/

Haha But then again; who knows? I might actually get the hang of blogging x) Right now blogging feels like sleeping naked with durians while listening to Pokemon songs. And for all you know, this blog might actually be the next Kennysia.com =)

I'm suppose to be studying for finals but here I am blogging away. Guess all my classmates are glued to their books. Kononnya a good student. Have to start studying accounts soon. Seriously, how do accountants study? Studying accounts is like singing hakuna matata backwards (atatam anukah?) while drinking strawberry milk and roller-skating in an ice-skating ring! Yeah, impossible x)

Guess thats all for now.
Happy Easter =)

ps. why does it always autosave? Its like they WANT something to happen to your post.
